If I cancel my subscription, can I reactivate it?

Once a subscription has been canceled, unfortunately it can not be reactivated.

You can however, suspend your subscription and reactivate at any time.

If you do cancel your subscription and want to have a subscription again, just place a new order by adding the subscription of whatever product(s) you want to subscribe to.

How do I update my subscriptions payment method?

You can update any subscriptions payment method by following these directions.

Login to your Mass Apothecary account at https://massapothecary.com/my-account/

My Account Login + Registration

Click on the "Subscriptions" tab and then click the "View" button for the subscription you want to update the payment method on.

Under "Actions", click on the "Change Payment" button.

Enter your new credit/debit info that you want to change the payment method to and then click on the orange colored "Change Payment Method" button

Please not that if you have the payment method you want to change to already saved, you can also select that card on this page as well.

Also, if you have multiple subscriptions that you want this new payment method to be applied to, you can check off the little box directly above the "Change Payment Method" button that says - UPDATE THE PAYMENT METHOD USED FOR ALL OF MY CURRENT SUBSCRIPTIONS (OPTIONAL) prior to clicking the "Change Payment Method" button.

Where can I find tracking for my order?

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we’ve received your order and are processing it.

When your order has shipped, we’ll send you a second email that contains your tracking details. Please be sure to check your spam folders as well.

If you still cannot locate your tracking, you can log in to your account, go to the "Orders" section, and view the "Status" for the order you've placed. If the status is "Shipped" this means your order has shipped, and you can view the tracking details by selecting "Track" under actions.

If you checked out as a guest, and did not create an account, you can sign up for an account using the link below with the same email used to place your order to view your orders.

What is The Mass Apothecary's return policy?

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Our return policy is based off our money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of any CBD products for any reason, you can return or exchange your product as long as it is within 60 days from receipt of purchase. Please note that we only accept returns after 30 days from your original purchase, so anywhere from 30-60 days after receipt of purchase you can return any items you are unsatisfied with for any reason. We do this because we know the products we have work, and we want to make sure that everyone takes enough time to try their products before they think they don’t work.

Non-returnable items:

Gift cards
Some health and personal care items
Any THCa, Delta 8, Delta 9, or similar THC products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Please include a clear photo of the product showing the remaining contents, a brief description of the reason for the return, and your original order number, and we will do our best to help!
