I received a product that is damaged.

In the unfortunate and rare case where you receive your order and one of the products is damaged, please contact us immediately.

You must contact us within 24 hours of the order being delivered.

Take photos of the damaged product and the box it was shipped in. Then email our support at support@massapothecary.com or message us via live chat by clicking on the chat icon in the bottom right corner. We will assist you promptly to remedy the situation!
