The Mass Apothecary order processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed.
If you order before 2:30 PM Eastern Standard Time, your order ships the same day on all days except on Sundays. If you place your order after 2:30 PM EST, your order will ship by the next day (excluding Sundays).
In some instances, and during special promotions, processing time can take up to 48 hours.

Flat Rate (1 to 5 business days) via USPS
Priority Mail (1 to 3 business days) via USPS
Priority Mail Express (1 to 2 business days) via USPS
IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind that all suggested delivery times are estimated and NOT GUARANTEED. Shipping carriers do not count the day your order ships as the 1st business day.
Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Also, note that business days do not include Sundays or holidays, and holiday delivery is not currently available for any shipping methods.
