What is The Mass Apothecary's return policy?
RETURNS —
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Our return policy is based off our money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of any CBD products for any reason, you can return or exchange your product as long as it is within 60 days from receipt of purchase. Please note that we only accept returns after 30 days from your original purchase, so anywhere from 30-60 days after receipt of purchase you can return any items you are unsatisfied with for any reason. We do this because we know the products we have work, and we want to make sure that everyone takes enough time to try their products before they think they don’t work.

Some health and personal care items
Any THCa, Delta 8, Delta 9, or similar THC products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
